The cost for this service is £19 and this covers the initial connection cost and up to one hour of the technicians time. The technician will be able to run a number of procedures to resolve the majority of problems encountered by our customers. You will be able to view the session on your computer screen as the work is carried out.

If you would rather a home visit, or you can't connect to the Internet, then an engineer can visit you in your home.
