In most cases, we  diagnose the problem on your computer and fix it without having to visit your home. We can in most cases, repair your computer as long as it is economic to do so. Quite often, it makes sense to replace the computer with a base unit, keeping your existing screen, keyboard and mouse. We can advise you on a replacement model, install, connect it to the internet and copy your pictures and documents from your old computer to the new one.
